Group Power Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors, with simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Interval Training Alternating short, fast bursts of intensive excercise followed by a short recovery time. Great Workout!
Sports Drills Overall cardio health and maximize fat burning.Train like an athlete- doing sports & military drills. Total body conditioning using your own body weight.
Zumba /Hip Hop Mixture of beats pulled together with Latin/R&B music. Aerobic interval training to fast and slow rhythms.
Silver Sneakers Class designed to improve muscular strength and range of movement using three tools: weights, bands and balls.
Nothing Butt Abs Work your abs and lower back to develop a strong core and posture. Plus, be prepared to attack your lower body.
Body Toning Uses the body ball and dumbbells. Intense total body toning while challenging the core.
Boot Camp Intensive cardio & pilates exercises on the mat. Enhance cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance & fat burning
Masala Bhangra An Indian dance inspired workout using the sounds of the drum mixed with mainstream music. Blend traditional Bhangra steps with Bollywood moves.
